Midview Girls Wrestling to compete at OHSAA Avon Lake Sectional on March 1

What: OHSAA Girls Wrestling Sectional Tournament

Who: Brunswick, Cuyahoga Falls, Highland, Lakewod, Midview, Normandy, North (Akron) and Salem as well as individual entries from Avon Lake, Black River, Brecksville-Broadview Heights, Clearview, Firelands, Hudson, John Adams, John Marshall, Lorain, Lutheran West, Medina, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, North Royalton, Oberiin, Padua, Rhodes, Strongsville and Valley Forge. 

When: Sunday (March 1) at 11 a.m.

Where: Avon Lake High School (175 Avon Belden Rd, Avon Lake, OH 44012)

Tickets: Tickets are $10 for Adults and $5 for Students and can be purchased ahead of time online at http://ohsaa.org/tickets. [Wrestling - Girls --> Northeast --> Avon Lake] or at the door.

What's at Stake: The top four finishers in each of the 14 weight classes will advance to the OHSAA Regional Tournament March 8 at Findlay High School. They will be joined by those from the Clyde, Defiance and Findlay Sectional Tournaments out of the Northwest District.
