7 Boys Wrestlers to compete at Hoover District Tournament

What: OHSAA Division I Northeast District Wrestling Tournament

Who: The top 4 placers from the Austintown Fitch, Euclid, Massilon Perry and Wadsworth Sectional Tournaments

When: Friday (February 28) at 5 p.m. and Saturday (March 1) at 9 a.m.

Where: Hoover High School (525 7th St NE, North Canton, OH 44720)

Tickets: Tickets are $8 for Adults and $5 for Students and ahead of time online at http://ohsaa.org/tickets. [Wrestling --> Division I --> Hoover] or at the door.

Midview Qualifiers: Carrson Morris (126 - 4th Place), Aaron Cole (138 - 3rd Place), Gage Baribeau (144 - 3rd Place), Marcus McMahon (157 - 4th Place), Cameron West (190 - 3rd Place), Nathanial Shenberger (215 - 2nd Place) and Makai Massey (285 - 4th Place) all advanced to the District Tournament based on their success at the February 22 Euclid Sectional.

Midview Alternates: Owen Costlow (120 - 5th Place) and Thomas Kmitt (175 - 5th Place) will all await a possible invite into the District Tournament should a qualifier not make it.

What's at Stake: The top four finishers in each of the 14 weight classes will advance to the OHSAA State Tournament March 7-9 at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus.
