Midview Football blanked by Avon

Midview Varsity Football visited Avon High School for a Southwestern Conference match-up Friday (October 3) where the Eagles earned a 52-0 victory.

Senior running back Marcus McMahon was held to 22 yards on 12 carries, while senior Shay Williams completed 7-of-19 passes for 54 yards. Senior Zachary Wallace had 3 receptions for 46 yards. Senior Brayden Homoki and sophomore Ian Regan led the defense with 7 stops each in the loss.

The Middies (3-4, 0-4 SWC) look to snap a four-game losing streak when they return home to face Elyria High School on Friday (October 10) at 7 p.m.
