Midview to host Strongsville in Week 2 Non-Conference Action
Who: Midview High School (1-0, 0-0 SWC) and Strongsville High School (0-1, 0-0 GCC)
What: Week 2 OHSAA Non-Conference Varsity Football Game
Where: Ross Field at Adelsberg Stadium (38199 Capel Road, Grafton, OH 44044)
When: Kickoff is Friday (August 26) at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Tickets: All Tickets are General Admission and $7. Everyone Kindergarten age or older must have a ticket in order to enter. Presale Tickets are available here: https://midview.hometownticketing.com/embed/all A credit card reader will also be available at both the Pass Gate and the Middle School entrance for walk-up tickets. No cash sales at the door.
Specator Note: All kids in attendance will be expected to sit in the stands with their parents or in the assigned student sections. Spectators are prohibited from bringing sporting equipment (footballs, basketballs, etc.) inside Adelsberg Stadium during Varsity Football Games. They will be turned away at the gate. Alcohol and Smoking are also prohibited on the campus of Midview Local Schools.
Season Passes: Midview fans are encourage to purchase either Year-Long Season Passes or Individual Season Passes prior to attending. These are sold exclusively online. Concessions: The Midview Band Boosters will once again sponsor all concessions during Midview Varsity Football home games.
Haltime Performance: The Strongsville High School Marching Band will perform first, followed by the Midview High School Marching Blue.
Last Meeting: Strongsville defeated visting Midview 28-12 in Week 2 of the 2021 season on August 27.
2021 Records: Midview finished 3-7 overall and 3-4 in the Southwestern Conference, while Strongsville went 5-6 overall and 2-3 in the Great Cleveland Conference. The Mustangs dropped their playoff opener 35-17 to Jackson High School.
Last Game: Midview is coming off a 21-0 victory over visiting Rocky River High School, while Strongsville fell at home to Avon Lake High School 38-0 in Week 1.
