Midview to host North Ridgeville in Cross Country dual on September 18

Midview Local Schools will be the site of Midview High School and North Ridgeville High School's biennial Cross Country race on Monday (September 18) evening. The Middle School race will begin at 5 p.m. and the High School race will follow at 5:30 p.m. Both will be co-ed races over a 2-mile course, which begin on the north end of the Auxiliary Field and end just south of the tennis courts.

Fans are encouraged to lineup along the route to cheer on one of Midview's hardest-working programs, which also lend their support to many of the department's other teams throughout the year.

The Middies and Rangers began the annual dual in 2015 as a way to bring the excitement of a cross country race to both campuses. This will be the fifth time that it has taken place at Midview.

Last season, Midview took home the Middle School Girls title for a fifth straight time. North Ridgeville, however, won the High School Boys, High School Girls and Middle School Boys races in 2022.
