Girls Wrestling to compete at Avon Lake OHSAA Sectional Tournament

What: OHSAA Girls Wrestling Sectional Tournament

Who: Avon Lake, Brunswick, Lakewood, Strongsville, Normandy, Elyria and Alliance as well as individual entries from Black River, Brooklyn, Clearview, Fairview, Firelands, Highland, Holy Name, Keystone, Lorain, Lutheran West, Mapleton, Midview, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, North Royalton, Oberlin, Rhodes, Valley Forge and Wellington

When: Sunday (February 23) at 11 a.m.

Where: Avon Lake High School (175 Avon Belden Rd, Avon Lake, OH 44012)

Tickets: Tickets are $8 for Adults and $5 for Students and can be purchased ahead of time online at http://ohsaa.org/tickets. [Wrestling - Girls --> Northeast --> Avon Lake] or at the door.

What's at Stake: The top four finishers in each of the 14 weight classes will advance to the OHSAA Regional Tournament March 2 at Findlay High School. They will be joined by those from the Archbold, Clyde and Findlay Sectional Tournaments out of the Northwest District.
