Midview Girls Tennis sweeps Our Lady of the Elms

Midview Varsity Girls Tennis capped off its regular season with a 5-0 victory over visiting Our Lady of the Elms High School Thursday (September 19).

Senior Katarina Yates improved to 24-0 with a win at First Singles. Junior Jillian Hubbard and sophomore Hailey Doyle-O'Dea won at second and third singles, respectively. Sophomores Danica Hazzard and Leah Vasarab earned the win at First Doubles, while juniors Morgan Piskunoff and Julianne Myers captured a win at Second Doubles.

The Middies finish 8-7 in dual matches this season. They will open OHSAA Girls Tennis Sectional play on October 1. Details to be posted this weekend following the Sectional Draw.
