Varsity Girls Tennis defeats Elyria 3-2

Midview Varsity Girls Tennis earned a 3-2 road victory at Southwestern Conference foe Elyria High School Wednesday (August 28) afternoon.

Senior Katarina Yates improved to 10-0 on the season with a 6-0, 6-0 win at first singles. Junior Brynn Wuensch earned a 6-2, 6-2 victory at third singles. The first doubles tandem of sophomores Hailey Doyle-O'Dea and Danica Hazzard won 6-3, 6-3 to secure the win.

The Middies (3-4, 2-2 SWC) are back in action September 3 against visiting Avon High School at 4:30 p.m.
