Boys Wrestling takes fourth at SWC Tournament

Midview Varsity Boys Basketball captured fourth place at the 2025 Southwestern Conference Tournament Saturday (February 15) at Elyria High School.

The Middies finished with 105 points. Avon Lake High School won its third straight league tournament title with 215 points, while Elyria High School came in second with 155 points and Berea-Midpark placed third with 141 points.

Senior 215 pounder Nathanial Shenberger and junior 120 pounder Carrson Morris were both crowned tournament champions. Also placing at the event for Midview were senior Aaron Cole (4th / 132 pounds), junior Gage Baribeau
(3rd / 144 pounds), senior Cameron West (2nd / 190 pounds) and senior Makai Massey (3rd / 285 pounds).

The Middies are back in action Saturday (February 22) when they compete in the OHSAA Division I Sectional Tournament at Euclid High School. Action will begin at 10 a.m.
