Avon Lake defeats Midview Girls Golf

Midview Varsity Girls Golf snapped its early-season, three-match win streak with a 160-180 loss to visiting powerhouse Avon Lake High School Wednesday (August 13) at Brentwood Golf Course.

Senior Leah DiFranco led the Middies with a 37. Senior Hunter Crum contributed a 47, while senior Nina Ballachino and sophomore Kaylani Carrucini both added a 48 in the loss.

Midview looks to bounce back at Amherst Steele High School on Thursday (August 14). Action at Fox Creek Golf Course begins at 9 a.m.
