Varsity Girls Golf upsets Olmsted Falls 192-194 on Senior Day

Midview Varsity Girls Golf earned a historic 192-194 Senior Day victory over visiting Olmsted Falls High School Wednesday (September 25) afternoon on the front nine of Brentwood Golf Course. It was the first dual victory over the Bulldogs (8-4 SWC) in the Middies' seven-year history of the program.

Junior Nina Ballachino led Midview with a match-best 42. Junior Leah DiFranco added a 44. Senior Olivia Underwood contributed a 52 and junior Olivia Keenan fired a 54.

Following the match, the team honored seniors Racheal Skolnicki and Olivia Underwood.

Midview (8-11, 4-8 SWC) returns to action for the Southwestern Conference Tournament Thursday (September 26) at Springvale Golf Course. The Middies will tee of around 10:50 a.m.
