Girls Golf edged by Berea-Midpark 184-188

Midview Varsity Girls Golf capped off three straight days on the links with a narrow 184-188 loss to Southwestern Conference foe Berea-Midpark High School Wednesday (August 14) on the front nine of Brentwood Golf Course.

Junior Leah DiFranco paced the Middies (2-3, 2-3 SWC) with a seven-over par 42. Junior Nina Ballachino fired back-to-back birdie on holes 5 and 6 to contribute a 45. Senior Olivia Underwood added a 50, while freshman Sophia Morgan came in with a 51.

Midview is back in action Monday (August 19) at home against North Olmsted High School. The first tee time at Brentwood is Noon.
