Girls Golf defeats Amherst 226-234

Midview Varsity Girls Golf improved to 2-2 on the season and 2-2 in the Southwestern Conference with a 226-234 victory over host Amherst Steele High School Tuesday (August 13) at Fox Creek Golf Club.

The Middies were led by junior Leah DiFranco, who shot a 50. Senior Racheal Skolnicki and junior Nina Ballachino added a 58, while freshman Haiden Bacskay contributed a 60.

Midview is back in action Wednesday (August 14) with a match-up against Berea-Midpark High School at Brentwood Golf Course. Tee-off is 3:30 p.m.
