Girls Swimming takes 25th at Northwest Classic

Junior Reagan Henely represented Midview Swimming at the prestigious Northwest Classic Saturday (December 20). The Middies' lone swimmer posted a pair of top 10 finishes, collected 54 points and tied for 25th in the team standings.

The standout placed third in both the 200 Individual Medley (2:18.33) and the 500 Freestyle (5:34.25) at the Fremont High School prelimary races in the morning. Henely then moved onto the finals at Bowling Green State University in the evening and placed sixth in the 500 Freesytle (5:32.88) and ninth in the 200 Individual Medley (2:19.63).

Henely is back in action Monday (December 23) when she competes in a meet that features, Avon High School, Margaretta High School, North Ridgeville High School and host North Olmstedd High School at North Olmsted Recreation Center. Action is slated to begin at 5:15 p.m.
