Henely shines at Hilltopper Invitational

Midview Varsity Girls Swimming opened its season Saturday (December 7) afternoon at the Hilltopper Invitational, hosted by Chardon High School at Spire Academy.

Junior Reagan Henely, the Middies' lone swimmer, earned 53 points to finished 17th out of the 37 schools represented. Henely's best placement came in the 100 Yard Individual Medley where she took fourth with a time of 1:04.47. She then added sixth place finishes in both the 100 Yard Butterfly (1:05.56) and 100 Yard Breaststroke (1:13.37) at the event.

Henely, who is attached to Avon High School's team this season, will be back in action December 17 when they compete against Amherst Steele High School at Oberlin College.
