Midview Boys Volleyball defeats First Baptist 3-1

Midview Varsity Boys Volleyball earned a 3-1 (25-17, 21-25, 25-13, 26-24) victory over visiting First Baptist Christian School Thursday (April 2) inside Kubuski Gymnasium.

The Middies (1-4) looked like they were destined for a fifth and deciding set when the Sabres had set point. However, senior Christopher Payne rattled off a series of aces to clinch the come-back victory in set four and secure the match.

Midview wraps up its home stand with a match against St. Edward High School's junior varsity team on April 15 at 6 p.m.
