Varsity Boys Golf defeats Berea-Midpark 145-165

Midview Varsity Boys Golf captured its first Southwestern Conference victory of the season with a 145-165 win against Berea-Midpark High School Tuesday (August 20) afternoon on the front nine of Brentwood Golf Course.

The Middies (2-2, 1-2 SWC) were just two points shy of the nine-hole school record for a dual. Junior Jonathan Klooz fired an even-par 35. Senior Ethan Taylor and junior Wyatt Frank both had a 36, while junior Patrick Dolin contributed a 38 in the win.

Midview is back in action Wednesday (August 21) with a non-league match against North Olmsted at 3:30 p.m.
