Varsity Boys Golf drops SWC opener to Avon Lake 144-158

Varsity Boys Golf opens the dual portion of its 2024 Southwestern Conference season with a 144-158 loss to Avon Lake High School Tuesday (August 13) at Sweetbriar Golf Course.

Junior Wyatt Frank led the Middies (0-1, 0-1 SWC) with a 36. Senior Ryan Kemer added a 39, junior Jonathan Klooz had a 41 and senior Ethan Taylor contributed a 42.

Midview is back in action against Columbia High School on Friday (August 16) at Pine Hills Golf Course.
