Cuyahoga Heights defeats Boys Basketball at Bay Holiday Classic

Midview Varsity Boys Basketball dropped its opening game of the inaugural Bay High School Holiday Classic 51-37 to Cuyahoga Heights High School on Friday (December 27).

The Red Wolves dominated the glass, outrebounding the Middies 47-21, including 22-5 on the offensive end.

Senior Brayden Newton led the Middies with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Senior Tyler Davis added 11 points and 4 assists in the loss.

The Middies (1-6) will take on Clearview High School in the consolation game on Saturday (December 28). Tipoff at Bay High School is 3 p.m.
