Girls Bowling places 12th at District Tournament

Midview Varsity Girls Bowling earned a 12th place finish at the 2025 OHSAA Division I Northeast District Tournament Monday (February 24) at Roseland Lanes.

The Middies, who made their second ever district appearance (the first was in 2018), compiled 3150 pins. The top five schools and five individuals advanced to the OHSAA Championship.

Sophomore Ariana Fedyszyn paced Midview with a 522 three-game series (146-219-157), which featured the team's high game of 219. Senior Aubree Marchant added a 463 series (163-144-156), senior Hannah Brady had a 447 series (141-169-137), junior Madison Gaspar contributed a 452 series (166-148-138) and freshman Mady Schafrath had a 405 series (140-131-134). Freshmen Olivia Price and Jordyn Sprague both contributed during the Baker games.
