Boys Bowling finishes 12th at Royalton Roll-Off
Midview Varsity Boys Bowling finished 12th at the third annual North Royalton Roll-Off, which took place Sunday (January 12) at Yorktown Lanes.
The Middies sat in 10th place after the three traditional games with 2571 pins. Senior Zachary Sprague rolled a team-best 591 series (192-175-224), junior Aiden Salkiewicz added a 579 series (137-216-226) and sophomore Conor Nowak contributed a 537 series (181-155-201).
Midview then added Baker games of 161, 163, 182, 138 and 167 for a total score of 3380.
Padua Franciscan High School was the overall champion with 4126, while Cuyahoha Falls High School finished runner-up with 3996 points at the 21-team event.
The Middies return to North Shore Bowling and Southwestern Conference play with a trip to Nautical Lanes to face Avon Lake High School on Monday (January 13) at 4 p.m.
