Boys Bowling places 12th at Demon Classic

Midview Varsity Boys Bowling finished 12th at the Demon Classic hosted by Westlake High School Sunday (December 15) at Yorktown Lanes.

The Middies finished with 2,467 pins over the three traditional games before totaling 1,002 pins over the six baker games to end the day with 3,469 pins.

Junior Aiden Salkiewicz rolled a 701 series with games of 244, 191 and 266 to place runner-up as an individual in the 19-team event. The other Middies to finish all three games were sophomore Conor Nowak (489 series), senior Zachary Sprague (456 series) and sophomore LeLand Stout (403 series).

Midview (4-2, 1-1 SWC) is back to North Shore Bowling Conference and Southwestern Conference play Monday (December 16) with a home match against North Ridgeville High School. Action at AMF Lanes begins at 4 p.m.
