Midview to host StrongHER Clinic on August 9

Ohio's Women in Coaching organization will host the 2025 Northeast Ohio StrongHER Clinic August 9 at Midview Middle School. Check-in will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the program running from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. [Register Online HERE]

The strongHER Clinic is a one-day interactive experience for female athletes of all sports along with their coaches, parents and other supporters. Nationally & locally known speakers help athletes understand how to be mentally, physically and emotionally at their best. This fall, the organization is hosting three event throughout Ohio. The first is at Bellbrook High School on July 27 and the second is at Bexley High School on August 2. Midview will host the final event of the season on August 9.

Student tickets are $40, while tickets for adults (parents / coaches / supporters) are $30. Each event ticket includes entry into the event and lunch sponsored by Brooks & Second Sole. The first 130 to register will also receive a t-shirt. All proceeds are reinvested into future programming offered by Women in Coaching

Speakers include: Professional & Olympic Athletes, Mental Performance Coaches, Massage Therapist, Kinesiologist, Sports Medicine Physician, and Dietitian. The advertised speakers feature a pair of local Olympic stars in Euclid native Jessica Beard and Elyria native Tianna Madison

Women in Coaching is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2022 by female coaches in Ohio. They provide opportunities and support for female coaches so they can promote the personal, social, and athletic development ofall athletes.
